The wedding is a beautiful celebration, but the marriage is the lifelong journey. By staying focused on your relationship, we ensure that the planning process remains meaningful and stress-free. This philosophy helps keep your love and commitment at the forefront, making the journey as joyful as the destination.

When should we start planning our wedding?

It’s best to begin at least 12 to 18 months in advance to ensure you have plenty of time to secure your dream venue and vendors. However, we can start whenever you're comfortable!

What makes you different from other wedding planners?

I bring a unique blend of creativity, attention to detail, and a personal touch. I focus on your vision and ensure that every element reflects your personality and love story, making your day truly unforgettable.

What are your charges and packages?

We only offer Full Service Wedding Planning with a one-time flat fee. This flat fee ensures complete transparency with no hidden costs. The fee is tailored to your unique needs, including your primary budget, guest count, and other factors to be discussed in person.

How does one decide on a wedding budget?

We start by considering your priorities and what’s most important to you, whether it’s the venue, the guest experience, or specific details. From there, we’ll create a realistic budget that aligns with your vision and ensures everything runs smoothly.

How do we make our wedding unique and personal?

We’ll incorporate your love story, personal touches, and special details to create a celebration that’s truly yours.

How do you help with venue selection?

I’ll guide you through the entire process, from understanding your vision and guest count to touring potential venues and negotiating contracts. Together, we’ll find the perfect spot that fits your style and needs.

Do you help with vendor selection?

Absolutely! I have a trusted network of vendors and will help you find the perfect matches to bring your vision to life.

What steps do we take to ensure the wedding is inclusive and accessible?

We prioritize inclusivity and accessibility by considering the needs of all guests. This includes selecting accessible venues, offering diverse menu options, and accommodating any special requirements. We also work closely with you to incorporate personal touches that reflect and celebrate everyone’s uniqueness.

What are your plans A, B, and C for inclement weather?

This is something we discuss with clients months before the wedding, especially here in Charleston, where the weather can change in five minutes! We always prefer to be safe than sorry. Plan A is sunshine and smiles. If rain rolls in, Plan B includes chic tents or an indoor venue, and Plan C is a cozy indoor celebration. The exact plan depends on the time of year and what Mother Nature has in store, but rest assured, we’ve got it covered!

What happens if something goes wrong on the wedding day?

Our motto is simple: Relax, we’ve got this! We’re prepared for any surprises and will handle everything seamlessly, ensuring your day remains stress-free and magical.

How do we choose a wedding theme that reflects us?

We'll explore your personal styles, favorite colors, and meaningful experiences to create a theme that’s uniquely yours.

How often will we meet during the planning process?

We typically schedule bi-monthly check-ins, but it’s an open forum throughout the entire planning process. The frequency can be adjusted based on your needs and preferences, and whether you’re local to Charleston or planning from afar. We’ll tailor it to fit your availability and circumstances.

What if we need to make changes along the way?

Flexibility is key! We can easily adapt and make adjustments as needed to ensure everything stays perfect for you.
